TA Group are excited to showcase ongoing progress on the project at Tagoat Co Wexford! In partnership with KTL Construction, TA Group is delivering 18 Units under a Design Build Framework for Social Housing Units to Wexford County Council.
Situated on a brownfield site formerly used as a temporary wastewater treatment facility, the project involves decommissioning disused below ground tanks and diverting an existing live foul sewer line into the permanent network.
The 18 units comprise a mix of 2 and 3 bedroom semi-detached two-storey units, owner door apartment blocks, and semi-detached bungalow units. Constructed using the Amvic 300mm ICF block with an Acrylic render, these units are set to provide quality housing solutions.
