We are delighted to announce that TA Group as Design team partner to KTL Construction have successfully secured our third Design Build Contract under the Design Build Framework serving Wicklow and Wexford County Council. The Project includes the Design and Build of 11 Residential Units at Carrigoona Bray Co Wicklow. The site is a brown field infill site that is not without it challenges, particularly the significant elevation change across the site.
Projects of this nature and challenges really highlights our strengths, agility and efficiency’s of a fully integrated team of Architects, Engineers, Fire Consultants, Design and Assigned Certifiers whilst supported by our dedicated subconsultant CMD Consulting Engineers Ltd can bring to projects.
