TA Group are delighted to announce another project appointment by Roscommon County Council. The Project at St Patricks Street Castlerea is now the 5th Project to be awarded to TA Group by Roscommon County Council via the Integrated Design Team framework for the delivery of Social Housing Projects.
TA Group are providing all professional services including, Architectural, Engineering, QS, Project Management and Assigned Certifier services.
The project at St Patricks Street includes the development of 3 age friendly units to the rear of Patrick Street, whilst the existing unit to the front of the site will be spilt into two individual Residential Units. TA Group have developed the unique skills in the design and development of existing vacant and derelict units.
The Team at TA Group are looking forward to progress the design of this project in 2025.
