We are delighted to share the news that our redevelopment of the former Kilcoole Health Centre, Main Street Kilcoole Co Wicklow has been nominated in this years Irish Construction Excellences awards.
At TA Group, we assumed all key roles, including Architectural, Engineering, Qs, Fire and DAC, Assigned Certifier, and Clients Representative, for the development of an age-friendly project situated on Main Street, Kilcoole, Co Wicklow. This project involved the conversion of a dilapidated structure into four modern age-friendly social and affordable own-door apartments.
These new living spaces have been meticulously designed with age-friendly features, focusing on comfort, safety, and independence for their future occupants. The project not only demonstrates a dedication to urban revitalization but also effectively tackles Engineering and logistical challenges.
This undertaking exemplifies the impact of teamwork and innovation when like-minded individuals – encompassing the Client, Consultant, and Contractor – unite. Through a shared vision, we have made significant strides, emphasizing sustainability and community progress.
A special thank you to Wicklow County Council and T Peare and Sons Limited for their unwavering dedication in realizing this project within an impressive 8-month timeframe from commencement on-site.
